Shipping
Your products will be ready to ship within 24 hours of receipt of order. We use USPS – we ship according to the USPS weekend and holiday schedule. In general, we will make Saturday shipments if we get the order on a Friday.
Returns and Refunds
Carolina Pepper Works appreciates your business. We strive to make our customers happy with great products and great service for our products.
Although we cannot take a return on an opened bottle, we will happily refund your money or provide you with an alternate product if you are dissatisfied. Just send an email to JimTessier@CarolinaPepperWorks.com and let us know how we can make you more happy with us.
If you do wish to return unopened bottles, we will send you a box with packing material and a shipping label. You just need to repack and drop off at your local USPS post office. We will provide your refund when we receive the products back.
