Carolina Pepper Works Inc., inspired by the chicken wing industry in Upstate NY, is a premium craft sauce provider. Our Mango Blended Hot Sauce (fermented cayenne pepper topped with a Habanero blend) was developed to provide additional heat and flavor on top of a simple Cayenne Mango Pepper Sauce. The Habanero flavor in this sauce comes from a blend of Scotch Bonnet and Red Caribbean Habanero Peppers.
